I'm optimistic. I think he will try to do great things and I think I'm looking forward to some change myself. I'll support and defend him because I'm patriotic that way. Hopefully, he doesn't make a lot of mistakes that will dim the light of hope or (further) tarnish our country's reputation. I hope as a country we remember God so we can continue to be blessed as He promised.
I'd rather be puking my guts out with morning sickness for the next four years than see Obama as the president. Oh wait - did I just say that out loud?
The only thing left to do is pray - and pray hard like never before.
Personally I feel like we can all have our opinions about Obama being president....having children though I think we need to be better examples and we need to support him for our children's sake. I enjoyed Randy's comment and how he used the words "optimistic"....."I'll support and defend him because I'm patriotic that way." What a great example he is to his children. What a wonderful example to all the non-lds people out there. You can dissagree with something but you dont' have to be a 'ronch'about it. I with Randy will "support and defend him", I just hope for Ethan's sake and our children's sake the choices that are made are going to better us!
Randy and I have been married for almost 11 wonderful years and have 4 wonderful boys.
Randy works over-full time doing what he loves. He programs for an advertising company. I wish the hours were shorter- considering he doesn't get over time pay- just over time hours.
Austin is obsessed with Pokemon, Hot Wheels & Legos. When he isn't doing those, he enjoys playing Wii.
Jacob loves school. He loves Power Rangers & Legos. He also loves to play the Wii and the computer. He is a funny guy and a quick learner.
Evan is the clown of the house. He makes a lot of trouble around here and gets in trouble a lot. His favorite thing is telling on his brothers and taking their toys.
Our new brother Daniel likes to eat, sleep, poop and give kisses. He already has a wonderful personality, and is a sweet angel.
I am a homebody that loves to cook, organize & scrapbook. I swear by coupons & good deals... especially if it means FREE!
