Easy Potato Chips!

Did you know that you can make potato chips in the microwave and they are SOOOOO much healthier? I found this recipe online... You gotta try it!



6-Minute Potato Chips

One Russet potato sliced paper thin
Salt (optional)
Parchment paper

Cut a sheet of parchment paper to fit a plate. Lay discs of potato on top in a flat layer, none touching. Sprinkle layer with salt, if desired. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper. Microwave for 5-6 minutes. Discs will have become lightly browned potato chips.

Extras: Season with some salt, paprika, garlic or onion powder

That's less than half the Fat!!, really, no oil? We'll have to try it. I've even got cutco knives which can cut the papas paper thin. I'm going to Boston in June 11-14, know anyone there?
